My name is Alex Zsiga, I was born and raised in Arroyo Grande, CA and I’ve been a surfer for many years here on the Central Coast. The ocean and surfing are my passion and it’s where it’s brought together many of my longtime friends, as well as been a huge part of helping me find my meaning in life. Helping others is much of that meaning; having the opportunity to help others in the surf industry is a dream come true!

I learned how to do ding repair through an amazing person and friend, who you all may know,  as “Gordy” or Andy McKay. Andy not only is the director of our local World Surf League Qualifying Events in Pismo Beach and Morro Bay, but he also started this business, which I apprenticed and took over when he deemed I was ready. Andy taught me how to fix a surfboard from start to finish. He also taught me the in’s and outs of running a business, how to be a professional in every scope and manner of the word, and how to make sure that every customer that came in had my full attention and knew that I was always going to put my best into bringing their favorite surfboards back to life.

Becoming skilled in fiberglass and resin work, I am also able to repair other projects you may have that need my attention, so don’t hesitate to throw an idea or project my way, and we’ll see what I can do to help.
